Funding for ADHD Coaching
Available through the Employment Assistance Fund (EAF)
Feeling overwhelmed at work is common when you have ADHD, but paying for support shouldn’t be another source of stress. There’s a government fund designed to help you, and my goal is to make accessing it feel as simple as possible.
The Employment Assistance Fund (EAF) from Job Access can provide funding for a dedicated package of one-on-one sessions with me. This guide will walk you through the process, step by step.
MOST IMPORTANT THING TO KNOW
If you get stuck, feel overwhelmed, or have any questions at all, the best and kindest support is a phone call away.
Job Access Helpline: 1800 464 800
What is the EAF and How Can It Help?
The EAF is a government fund that supports employees with mental health conditions like ADHD. It can provide up to $1,682.77 (as of early 2025) for a 12-month period to cover the cost of “Specialist Support Services,” which includes our work together.
The fund works on a reimbursement basis, meaning you pay my invoice first and then submit it to Job Access to be reimbursed directly.
What Can You Use the Funding For?
This funding is designed to provide practical support that makes a real difference in your workday. Together, we can use these sessions to focus on areas where you need the most support, including:
Developing Executive Function Skills
We can create personalized strategies for time management, planning, and staying focused on your most important tasks.
Managing Overwhelm & Burnout
Learn somatic techniques to regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, and prevent burnout before it takes hold.
Improving Workplace Communication
We can work on skills for navigating interpersonal dynamics, advocating for your needs, and managing rejection sensitivity (RSD).
Creating Sustainable Routines
Build routines and systems that work with your unique brain, not against it, to create a more consistent and manageable workflow.

I know that asking for support for a condition that impacts executive function… requires executive function. It’s a frustrating irony.
Please remember you don’t have to do this alone. Start by calling the helpline, or ask a trusted person to help you as a nominee.
Taking this first step is a profound act of self-care.
